2. Choose a Vehicle Class
Compare the Standard Sedan, Premium SUV, VIP Van and quote-only Alphard in the Pattaya taxi fleet guide. Passenger limits do not guarantee that every luggage combination will fit.
3. Send Complete Details
Include the route, date, pickup time, exact locations, passengers, luggage, flight information when relevant and the requested vehicle.
4. Wait for Written Confirmation
Check the confirmed vehicle, fare, inclusions, pickup instructions and contact details before treating the trip as reserved.
Information Required for a Taxi Booking
- Full booking name and a reachable phone or messaging contact.
- Pickup date and requested pickup time.
- Exact pickup point and destination.
- Number of passengers, including children.
- Number and approximate size of suitcases, golf bags, strollers or other large items.
- Preferred vehicle class: Sedan, SUV, VIP Van or Alphard.
- Flight number and scheduled arrival or departure time for an airport transfer.

Published Fare Rules
Each listed transfer fare is for one vehicle and one leg in one direction. The same fare applies in the reverse direction for the equivalent route and vehicle. A round trip consists of two one-way legs.
Published transfer fares include tolls, parking, applicable ferry charges and the waiting time included for the booked service. Overtime after the booked duration, including time beyond a booked 10-hour tour, is charged separately at the published overtime rate. Your written confirmation will identify the final route, vehicle, fare and included items.
If a route, stop, passenger count, luggage amount or vehicle changes, the fare and availability must be reconfirmed.
What Written Confirmation Should Show
- booking name, travel date and pickup time;
- pickup point, destination and agreed stops;
- vehicle class and practical passenger/luggage arrangement;
- agreed fare, included items and any overtime or additional charge;
- airport meeting or other pickup instructions;
- the payment method agreed for the booking; and
- any waiting, change or cancellation terms supplied for that trip.

Airport Transfer Requests
For an airport pickup, send the airport code, flight number, scheduled landing time and Pattaya destination. For an airport drop-off, send the airport, flight departure time, requested terminal if known and Pattaya pickup address.
If a flight is delayed, rescheduled, cancelled or assigned a new flight number, contact us as soon as possible. Pickup timing, waiting arrangements, vehicle availability and any applicable conditions will be reconfirmed. Do not assume an automatic flight-monitoring or unlimited-waiting promise.
Changes and Cancellations
