1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Reservation: All bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For urgent bookings, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or Phone.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from our team. Please check your details carefully upon receipt.

2. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

  • Payment Method: Payment is generally made in cash (THB) directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination.

  • Inclusions: Our prices are final and include the driver fee, fuel, and highway tolls. There are no hidden surcharges.

3. Meeting Points & Waiting Time

  • Airport Pickups (Suvarnabhumi / Don Mueang / U-Tapao):

    • Our driver will wait at the designated meeting point in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.

    • Waiting Time: We offer a complimentary waiting time of 90 minutes from your flight’s actual landing time. If you are delayed further (e.g., visa issues), please contact us immediately.

  • Hotel/City Pickups:

    • Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

    • Waiting Time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.

4. Amendments to Booking

  • If you need to change your travel date, time, or vehicle type, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

  • Amendments are subject to vehicle availability.

5. Passenger Conduct & Safety

  • Alcohol & Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers.

  • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.

  • Seat Belts: For your safety and to comply with Thai traffic laws, all passengers must wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

6. Liability

  • Traffic Conditions: Top Pattaya Taxi is not responsible for any delays caused by uncontrollable traffic conditions, weather, or road accidents. We strongly recommend booking your pickup with sufficient time before your flight departure.

  • Lost Items: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we will make every effort to return items left in the vehicle, we assume no liability for lost or damaged property.
