We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and fair.
Free Cancellation (More than 24 Hours Notice): You can cancel your booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. No fees will be applied.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours Notice): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Phone if you need to cancel urgently.

Cash on Arrival: Since our standard payment method is 100% Cash on Arrival (paid directly to the driver), there are typically no upfront payments or deposits to refund. You simply pay when you reach your destination.
Pre-payment (If applicable): In rare cases where a bank transfer or deposit was arranged in advance, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days for eligible cancellations (made more than 24 hours in advance).
Airport Pickups: Our driver will wait for 90 minutes after your flight has landed. If we cannot contact you and you do not show up within this timeframe, the booking will be considered a “No-Show” and the driver will leave.
Hotel/City Pickups: Our driver will wait for 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. After this period, if there is no contact, the booking will be marked as a “No-Show.”
We monitor flight status in real-time. If your flight is delayed, you do not need to worry. Our driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost. However, if your flight number changes, please inform us as soon as possible.
